the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the room was well-kept with daily housekeeping services. the staff offered prompt and courteous assistance whenever needed. i enjoyed a wide selection of food options and attentive service during breakfast.
the gym equipment showed some signs of wear and tear.

the fitness center included multiple cardio machines, a selection of free weights, and offered clean towels. a spacious outdoor pool featured several lounge chairs and umbrellas. the business center has computers and printers.

my room had a king-sized bed, a work desk, and a seating area near the window, it provided ample space. the bathroom included a separate shower and a deep soaking tub, both were very clean. i found complimentary tea and coffee making facilities.

the front desk provided efficient check-in and check-out services. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the room and the common areas. the concierge offered helpful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, this was appreciated.

poor wifi mobile reception
the room had all expected amenities.
i found the level of service inconsistent. the wifi was the worst i had ever experienced at any hotel. even my mobile data had poor reception, a total disaster.

fantastic location helpful service complimentary drinks
the location was fantastic, only a short walk to the quay. the concierge service was really helpful. the complimentary soft drinks and water were very welcome!!!

bright room polite staff quick service poor housekeeping dirty plates complaint handling
The room was bright. the staff were ready to serve. I liked that. the buffet breakfast was good, it had tasty food. room service was quick.
I checked in on october 13th, 2024, and realized some issues. the housekeeping was not good. After a long day exploring, i returned to dirty plates and glasses in the room. this happened even after i complained to the front desk.
